The modern flat "Bärig" offers you the perfect home base for your stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

In a wonderfully central yet quiet location, this ground floor flat not only offers walking access to the lively town centre, but also to the Zugspitzbahn, making it an ideal starting point for short or long excursions into the Werdenfels mountains.

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provide enough space for up to 6 people. High-quality furnishings in chic colours, combined with bright rooms and modern accents, give the flat a modest but upscale charm.

The holiday flat is spread over two floors and with a sunny, furnished terrace also offers the opportunity to breathe fresh mountain air and enjoy the surrounding mountain panorama.

On the ground floor is the living and dining area with open kitchen. A dining table with comfortable armchairs invites you to eat together. The comfortable sofa set makes for a relaxing place to put your feet up or watch entertainment on the flat-screen TV. For those who like to retreat to watch TV, there is another separate TV in each of the bedrooms.

The kitchen shines in a simple, modern design and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker and all other common utensils.

Adjacent to the living area are two of the bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobes with plenty of storage space. You will also find two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a ground-level shower and the other with a bathtub.

A staircase leads to the basement, where you will find another large bedroom with a double bed and walk-in wardrobe, as well as another bathroom with shower. A second flat entrance provides direct access to the basement via a small dressing room.

To keep your car safe in all weathers, the flat has its own underground parking space. There is also a communal laundry room in the basement, where you can use your own washing machine and dryer.

Schöne Wohnung und sehr gute Lage

Sehr schönes Urlaubsgebiet, viele Möglichkeiten zum wandern, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur am See entspannen. Wird bestimmt nicht der letzte Urlaub in Garmisch Partenkirchen gewesen sein.
