This cosy top-floor flat is located in a quiet residential area and offers pleasant accommodation and enough space for up to 4 people with approx. 80 m².
Divided into a bedroom, a bathroom, separate guest WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with an additional sleeping area, the Marie-Anne holiday flat offers a perfect balance between functionality and comfort.

The centrepiece is the living area, with its comfortable seating set and exposed wooden beams, which lend it a rustic character. Here you will also find access to one of the two balconies, where you can enjoy an incredible view of the Zugspitze massif and the surrounding mountains. The perfect place to put your feet up and relax in the evening sun.
In addition to plenty of storage space, the built-in shelves also provide a pull-out foldaway bed, which offers two people a comfortable and practical place to sleep.

The bedroom itself has two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed or used separately, and is fitted with customised wooden wardrobes, one of which serves as a headboard for the bed. Large windows flood the room with natural light and also provide access to the second balcony, where you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine at breakfast.

The sleek kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the important utensils. Here you will find everything you need to prepare your own meals, which you can savour at the dining table in the inviting dining area. A skylight above the kitchen lets in additional natural light and makes the room feel bright and airy.
