During my birthday weekend from February 12th to 15th, I stayed at My Place Hotel in Raleigh. The time, atmosphere, and staff were exceptional. The room was immaculate, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the overall experience. However, I encountered two issues during my stay. Firstly, the remote control was malfunctioning, which was not a significant concern for me. I requested assistance from the staff, and they promptly provided me with a replacement controller. The second issue was more concerning. While other residents with dogs were permitted on the property, my room was directly above another resident with a small dog. Since Friday, this dog has been barking incessantly every day. Despite increasing the volume, the dog’s barking remained disruptive, making it difficult to concentrate, watch television, or engage in any other activities. Also, in the morning on Friday and as well on Saturday, I informed the hotel staff about the complaint. The owner responded by increasing the volume of the television throughout the night. I am uncertain of the exact time, but from approximately 9:00 PM on Valentine’s Day, the volume was raised until nearly 5:00 AM the following morning. This hotel is undoubtedly a five-star establishment, provided that unforeseen circumstances do not arise. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and experience here with my significant other. We would eagerly return, provided that the barking dog issue is resolved. We appreciate the apology.

This Hotel Is A Hidden Gem!!! When I tell you the Room was SPOTLESS very clean and homely. It was like having my own studio apartment with lots of space!!! The Recliner was Amazing… The bed was so comfortable I almost overslept and missed my flight… My Place Hotel is definitely a Must Stay without hesitation…

The staff was good, but the room we initially booked was not available due to overbooking. The room also had a strong smell, as if someone had just finished cooking in it right before we arrived. There was also a print on the bed blanket, as if someone had just placed a cellphone there, and the hotel window had been left open as well.

I recently stayed here for a pickleball tournament in Raleigh. Very friendly staff and very clean room. My tournament got pushed back a couple hours and they had no problem extending check out a couple of hours for me. Definitely will recommend to anyone staying in the area for a tourney.
