Chambre confortable et fonctionnelle. Nous avons pu faire une lessive dans la petite buanderie de l’hôtel mais seulement 1 laveuse et 1 sécheuse (qui ne fonctionnait pas bien et mettra des heures à sécher minimalement le linge - le tout pour 2$ à chaque brassée). L’hôtel est à proximité d’une rue commerçante, ce qui est appréciable

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location was very convenient, and our room had a beautiful view of the river and ocean. It was quiet, clean, and well-maintained with daily housekeeping service. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Very bad experience, can understand bad English in French speaking areas, but can't understand a hotel that claims to be pet friendly and was discriminated against when I checked in with my Golden, the front desk had an extremely hard look on their face, I don't know if it was because I was speaking English or because I had my dog with me. Entered the room to find garbage in the fridge left over from the previous guest, charged a pet fee and not assigned a room where a guest with a dog should be. Drove here from Toronto and didn't expect such poor service and experience, don't come if you don't speak French.

We booked for a room with bay view, however we didn’t get a room with any view instead just an ugly roof. They told that because the room with bay view is under construction. But we paid more money for room with bay view. If we know this is the case we will just choose a regular room with a lower price.

By cleanliness I am referring to the cleanliness of the floors, the curtains, the air quality, the washrooms, and everything else.
