A Beautiful secluded new (built in 2025) 3/2 barndominium on 10 quiet wooded acres. A large 25 by 35 foot deck out front and huge 2 tier deck out back with a propane grill for tons of entertaining space. Lots of Texas wildlife from the deer to the squirrels and fox. Topsey exotic wildlife safari is a 20 minutes ride away. There are several lakes and rivers within an hours drive. Located in the middle of the beautiful rolling hills of central Texas. We are 20 minutes south of downtown gatesville for a great small town shopping and dining experience. Located in a very quiet neighborhood where the lots are 3-20 acres each and the deer are everywhere.
