We loved the property, it was clean, comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. It was a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and that was exactly wfat we were looking for. The only thing I could say as a sussgestion was the way the parking for each unit was set up. I feel like it could be changed to where the parking spots are closer to where their units are. Other than that, we were completely satisfied

We enjoyed our stay here! The place was extremely clean. The location was not too high in the mountains. There is a ditch in front of the condo that has steady running water so it gives a nice sound when outside!

Perfect Get Away close to the slopes

This property was so charming, very clean, and little attention to details made our stay so comfortable. We were able to walk to the slopes (uphill but not very far) and drive down into the town of Gatlinburg which was also a precious country town. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the VRBO host was in contact throughout the trip. Perfect weekend.

Birthday Getaway in the Fall

Coming to this property from the western mountains of Virginia, we found the property setting to be similar to that in our home state. The property was perfect for two people (my spouse and I), very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and met all of our expectations. The additional bedroom overlooking the downstairs would have allowed 2-4 more people to stay but we did not need or use it. Pricing for this rental was reasonable and comparable to similar type properties in the area. The property description in VRBO , including instructions and pictures of the property is very thorough and accurate. We had excellent communication with our host prior to our arrival and during our stay. The property is higher up on the mountain but easily accessible on the sometimes twisty, narrow road leading to it. That was no bother to us as we are used to it.. Traffic was light with little noise, nothing like what one may find closer to actual downtown Gatlinburg. This property assisted in a most enjoyable stay in the Great Smokey Mountain Area.

Best VRBO EVER!!

We were impressed with so many things. Most importantly, the check in process and communication with the condo owner. It was so easy. Any time I reached out with a question (both before and during our stay), she responded within minutes. The condo itself has been recently remodeled, and was extremely clean. It had all the things we needed, and all was high-end! The pots and pans were nicer than what we have at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the coffee maker had coffee and creamer ready (a very nice touch). The location is excellent, as you are up the mountain and away from all the bustle of the tourists, yet only a few minutes drive down the mountain. You are also right next to the National Park, so we saw bear a few times as well. Pool had easy access, as well as the clubhouse. Couldn't have asked for a better location and host, I highly recommend!!

Very Clean and Accessible to Gatlinburg & Smoky Mountain

This place is outstanding! If I could give it a 10⭐️ I would. It's very clean, and they've got everything you need even in the kitchen. The location is just so perfect for my family since we are planning to explore Gatlinburg downtown and some of the Smoky mountain side. It's only 8mins to Gatlinburg Downtown and only a couple minute to the entrance of Gatlinburg. The owner is very helpful and very accommodating to her place, very responsive, she make sure you are happy at her place. You guys won't regret this place.
