The cabin itself was beautiful and it was clean. However during our first night we discovered a leak coming from the ceiling and some black mold in the room we let the staff know and a handyman came out and after inspection were told that they couldn’t repair the issue until after we left because they would have to tear that portion of ceiling out. We were also told they had no other cabins to place our family in and we were hours from home. We have yet to have any sort or refund and are waiting there “further investigation “ I have several pictures I have sent them and certainly hope and expect they do the correct thing and refund money not only did the drip drip drip during the night interrupt our spring but black mold is not safe! We paid good money for this large cabin and I had to correspond daily about this issue amongst wiping up the water myself etc they really need to do the right thing
