The Neighborhood:
This condo is located within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Parkway! It is in the Laurel Inn Condos! There is a back set of steps down near the pool that leads you straight into downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can also go out in front of the condos and take a sidewalk all the way into downtown! It's about 0.3 miles to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! The location is tremendous!

Getting Around:
All paved roads to the condo. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any condo in Gatlinburg and/or the mountains as well as this one. It's easy to reach the condo and in downtown Gatlinburg, TN! You can walk into downtown Gatlinburg, TN which saves you a good bit of money on parking!

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo
• This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum
• We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it, and without any inclement weather, any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN, and within walking distance to the Parkway
• Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate from October–March, depending on the weather
• Coffee maker is a regular drip and Keurig — bring your own coffee
• The condo is located on the 4th floor and has an elevator
• Laundry facilities are pay-per-use and located on the 1st floor of the complex
• The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day and closes at the end of August — dates may change without notice and are managed by the HOA
• Any pool maintenance or closures are controlled by the HOA and may occur without notice
• Bears and other wildlife are common — do not feed or approach them. Secure your belongings and lock vehicle doors at all times

We loved our stay! The condo was super clean and just like the pictures, but the best surprise was the view—we actually spotted bears right from the condo! Great Location and Very Clean

This condo is in a very convenient location for Gatlinburg. No fee for parking at the condo. It is about 0.5 miles from downtown (walking distance for us). The condo is very clean. It does not have an oven or a toaster oven. I also could not figure out how to use the two countertop burners. However, there is a microwave and an actual toaster. The bed is very comfortable.

Condo was with everything we expected except no instructions how to work the stove. Very unusual set up, I assume kid proof. When I called for assistance, no one responded in two days, therefore unable to cook meals as desired.

Property is exactly as pictured. Great location. Just a head’s up… don’t leave any food in your car. We saw a bear on the property and had muddy bear claw prints on our jeep window one morning. Really fun, just be cautious. Truly enjoyed our stay !
