Named after a favorite Ronnie Milsap tune, this modern, cozy cottage blends a peaceful mountain feel with a walk-everywhere downtown location, just one block off the Parkway. After a day exploring, relax on the porch, soak in the hot tub, or fall asleep to the sound of the nearby mountain stream.
The Space
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage sleeps up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bath and walk-in shower; the second bedroom has queen bunk beds sleeping four, plus a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The living area features a reclining leather sofa, swivel chairs, gas fireplace, and large TV, with a dining table for six and a fully stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer, linens, iron, hair dryer, and games are all included.

Perfect for couples, families, or friends who want to be steps from downtown Gatlinburg without traffic or parking headaches. Most attractions are walkable, and the national park entrance is just 2 miles away. There's no yard, but the porch has comfy seating and the hot tub is a favorite. This isn't a secluded mountain retreat: you may occasionally hear passing cars or UTVs since the road serves as a back entrance to Anakeesta.
Location Highlights
Skip the parking fees and walk downtown: the Aquarium, Anakeesta, and Ripley's are all less than a mile away, and Ober Gatlinburg and the national park entrance are just over a mile. Take the scenic 9-mile drive through the tunnel to Pigeon Forge, just 8 miles from Dollywood.
