Check in days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Check out dates are 7 days following the check in date depending on your booking window.

Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park - Each registered guest receives a free water park armband for the entire week.
Wild Bear Falls Water Park and the Pool at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park will be closed from January 5, 2026, through February 2, 2026, for annual maintenance.

Pet Policy: This is a Pet friendly Resort. There is a $150 pet deposit fee which will be refunded at checkout pending no damages to the room. At check-in, guests are required to advise the Front Desk that they have a pet. They will be charged a Pet/Cleaning fee of $150. If the guest does not advise the Front Desk that they have a pet and a pet is found in the room, they will be charged an additional $100. Wonderful Condo and Vacation

The condo and property were amazing. Great amenities to use for guests. Staff were super nice. Check in to get our room took a bit longer than anticipated but everything was amazing once we arrived at the room. Will definitely stay again our next trip to TN!
