Great experience! Host was quick to respond and very nice. Room was close to all amenities. Parking was tight but so thankful it was free because gatlinburg is expensive to park. Kids used pool and had an amazing time. Room was great! We used pull out couch for kids and they were comfortable and happy to have there own tv. Overall a great experience and fun time in Tennessee! We’ll definitely be returning soon!

Well decorated condo right downtown very convenient. The property owner is very kind and easy to communicate with. The condo was too cold for us Lol. We like our heat at 75 degrees, and the system is capped at 70.

I really appreciated the host allowing me to stay an hour after to take care of myself and get in the pool my whole purpose of taking this place was to have access to the pool for Health reasons so I appreciated her communication the only thing that could be a little bit better is if it was a bit quicker time response but it wasn’t that bad and I really appreciate it

4th of July getaway

The host, Sandy, is wonderful! She was so quick to respond! And left very detailed instructions that are easy to understand and follow! The apartment is VERY clean. The location, unbeatable! Everything was nice and clean in the condo and the bed was very comfy. However…the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall in though. Love the location. The out side of the condo building needs updated…it looks run down and old…but the inside of the condos are usually great.
