Located in the middle of Gatlinburg. Remodeled in Spring of 2022.
Our premier NO PETS / NO SMOKING unit has one bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and large wall mounted flat screen TV, custom décor with plantation blinds..
The kitchen has ample nice oak cabinets, a new four burner glass topped electric stove, toaster, large microwave, new frost free refrigerator w/ top freezer. Has 12 cup Drip coffee maker & Single cup Keurig coffee maker.
There are ample nice utensils, upscale dishes and stainless steel cookware.
The den has a large flat screen TV and DVR along with a comfortable sofa that converts into a Premium 7" mattress Queen size bed suitable for up to 2 KIDS.
It has two new very comfortable matching Lazy-boy rocker recliners.
The condo has No hassle check in/out with KEYLESS ENTRY.
The den has a wide sliding glass door leading to the adjacent private covered balcony with table and four chairs overlooking the outside pool, kiddie pool and hot tub.
There is an ashtray on the balcony table for smokers, since this is a no smoking unit.
Since this is a NO Pet condo, Guest will be evicted if a pet is found in the condo and Guest is required to pay an additional $500 deep cleaning so future guests will not suffer from any allergies from pet dander or other remnants from your pet.
Please contact owner for possible added cleaning charges if you have any animal that you want to bring, including any Verified service animal.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Wash, dry and place all dishes back into the stoage cabinets.
Assure the inside door thumb bar is placed in the HORIZINTAL (out & back) position. This allows the electronic lock to autotmatically lock back in 5 seconds
Strip bed linens and sleeper sofa and place linens in the shower floor. Place all cushions and pillows back to their original places
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Place bagged trash in the dumpsters at the corner of Baskins Creek Road and the back parking lot of Olde Gatlinburg Place.
A guest bringing a pet/ animal will be immediately evicted +pay $500 added cleaning. Contact me BEFORE booking if you have an ADA VERIFIED animal.
Guests w/ child(ren) are reminded that the adult guest is liable for any actions or accidents. Full refund if guest cancels 30 days before arriving.

This condo is perfectly located in downtown Gatlinburg—tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to easily walk to everything. Communication with Sam was excellent and always prompt. Check-in was seamless, with clear and helpful directions provided.The condo itself has everything you need, is very comfortable, and features a great balcony where you can relax and take in views of the town. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The unit was very clean which is most important to us. No surprises. Very close walking distance to the main boulevard. We did not cook but loved the kitchen and frig and cleanliness of all. There are a lot of bears in the unit! That captures the Greay Smoky Mountain environment very well. We had a great say and highly recommend. There is an elevator and luggage carts that are very convenient where you can back your car in and load and load out from there. One draw back was no lock on the sliding glass door, only a short stick that was provided. We would highly recommend the unit for anyone. Thank You for allowing us to stay.

Unfortunately the hot tub and heated pool were out of order due to the season. Otherwise we had a great time and the walking distance to downtown was spectacular. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Will be coming back this summer with our daughter.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the final destination after a two month journey through Florida and Georgia. It did not disappoint.Great walkability and lovely views. We would happily return.The condo was well stocked, but if you are a coffee and cream person, bring the cream!Fabulous host and very reachable when needed.Our only regret was not booking a longer stay.
