1. The room was very clean and spacious. 2. The hotel was in a safe and quiet area. 3. The buffet breakfast with made to order omelets!! 4. Pet friendly hotel yet, pets were clean, not noisy. A few hiccups but the staff addressed them promptly. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new, clean and was a great spot to stay near downtown Gatlinburg with our family! The service was great and it was probably the nicest Embassy we have stayed at. We will definitely stay again.
