I would book again. Christmas lights lit up the street across from River balcony adding to the spirit. We had a fireplace in the room which made it a lovely winter addition. The hot tub was a bust - luke warm - but everything else was great. The people were very nice. I will book again.

The property is rundown. The online pictures don’t represent the hotel’s dilapidated reality. The hallway carpet was filthy and smelled musty. The cloth that attempted to cover the bed base was unfitted and dirty. The worst parte was the entrance of the hotel. The doors are unlocked for anyone to access the premises at anytime. There isn’t key card or any other lock mechanism. I felt unsafe there. While the view from rooms is beautiful, it doesn’t make up for the inadequacies of this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

As soon as we checked in and were given access to our room we found bed bugs in our bed. We talked to the front desk and they switched us to another room. When we went in the second room we walked in and the floor was sticky and the room was dirty. We went back to the front desk to check out. We also made contact with this site and the operator was less than helpful. After a lot of frustration I am still waiting on my refund and had to locate another room.

The view is amazing and location is great.. close to everything in a walkable town. However the room cleanliness was subpar and we had literal bugs in our bed while sleeping. I Was told by front desk that stink bugs are common but still it is not a pleasant experience to wake up in the middle of the night to a bug crawling on you. The rooms are bit dated.. everything was dirty except towels. The inside of the microwave in our room had not been cleaned in weeks, probably months. They definitely can do a better job at cleaning floors and bathroom etc. other than that I would say if you dont plan on spending a lot of time in your room go ahead and take the risk for the price!
