The upper level features an open-concept living area with soaring windows that showcase the incredible mountain scenery. Gather around the wood-burning fireplace after a day of exploring, relax in the power reclining sofa and chair, or enjoy your favorite shows on the large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, and the dining area comfortably seats four. A pool table adds even more fun for family game nights.

Downstairs you'll find two spacious bedroom suites, each with its own private bathroom and Smart TV for added comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a king-size bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second suite offers two queen beds with a private tub/shower combination, making it perfect for families or additional guests. An additional TV Viewing sitting area is located off the bedrooms for the kids to hang out!

Just outside one of the bedrooms, you'll discover a covered four-person hot tub that can be enjoyed year-round. The hot tub area is enclosed with privacy fencing, creating a relaxing and secure space to unwind while taking in the fresh mountain air.

One of Lazy Bear's favorite gathering places is the beautiful backyard. The custom-built stone fire pit is sprinkled by Adirondack chairs, providing the perfect setting for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, or simply enjoying the peaceful mountain views beneath the stars. Whether you've spent the day hiking, shopping, golfing, or exploring the Great Smoky Mountains, there's no better place to end the evening.

Guests also enjoy access to the Cobbly Nob Village amenities, including community swimming pools just a short walk away—less than the length of a football field—as well as tennis courts for even more outdoor recreation.

Golf enthusiasts will love being just minutes from the scenic Bent Creek Golf Course, an 18-hole course located at the entrance to the community.
