Extremely nice hotel with friendly staff and in a great location! The room was spacious and very nice with very comfortable beds, Nespresso machine and a large marble shower. Walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. This new hotel is absolutely stunning inside, with modern and beautiful finishes. The rooms are quiet and spacious, beds are comfortable, and each staff person we encountered was friendly and eager to help in any way.
