OUR HOME IS NOT another generic, turn-key rental, but a personally & professionally decorated home we enjoy sharing with others! We are looking for guests who desire and appreciate top quality accomodations and amenities in a beautiful setting. Rich, warm color tones throughout wrap our guests in a cozy and elegant family-friendly atmosphere.

Very open & spacious! Cherry cabinetry & granite. Cozy fireplace for those chill days/nights. Listen to the stream from the master bedroom at night - a great way to sleep, lulled by the sounds of water. Beautiful quilts adorn the walls.

Easy walk to town or Blue Trolley stop just across the street also for a nostalgic ride to downtown Gatlinburg. Seasonal pool on site. Private parking space in garage near elevator with luggage & grocery carts provided to our guests- very convenient and a nice perk in stormy weather - pull in and you and your vehicle are totally sheltered from the elements.

Kids of all ages enjoy wading in & exploring the Roaring Fork Stream - try a little trout fishing or relax on our spacious balcony with lots of seating. It is a wonderful outdoor living and dining space!

Tuck yourself into the club chair and ottoman in the master bedroom to enjoy a nap or a good book while listening to the stream.

Games & puzzles in wet bar. Traveling with kids? Gaming systems plug into TVs. Magazines, novels and biographies are in baskets and the wet bar drawers. A basket with brochures of various entertainment venues is there for guests to use.

Crafters - Smokey Mountain Spinnery, the southeast's largest spinning and weaving shop is within walking distance for those who enjoy working with amazing fibers for knitting, crochet, felting, weaving and more.

The Smokey Mountain Angler is just across the parking lot from the Spinnery for those interested in trying their hand at guided or solo trout fishing in local streams or rivers. A variety of guided and seasonal wade or float trips are available.

For those who love really good southern BBQ, Smokey Mountain style, just stroll a block down from our condo to Hungry Bear's BBQ. We enjoy grabbing a selection of meats & sides to take back home to the high top table on the balcony to feast upon.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please have the dishwasher complete it's cycle before leaving.
Gather used towels and put them in the bathtubs. Do not strip the beds - housekeeping will take care of them.
Set the thermostat on AC 73° in the summer and Heat 69° in winter before leaving. Trash goes in the gated dumpster on the main level parking lot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The condo had lots of room and a large balcony. 15 to 20 minute walk to the main part of the strip, but we enjoyed being that distance away! The owner, Pam, was very responsive when we had an internet issue and got it taken care of! The trolley came by about every 50 minutes, but the app let us plan accordingly.

The condo was beautiful and welcoming. We enjoyed the patio listening to the sound of the creek. Location was great with a trolley stop very close. Parking was very convenient and safe. The rental process was easy and instructions were clear. Communication with the property owner was like texting with a friend. Owner provided information on things to do and places to visit. I really enjoyed my conversations with her. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Would love to return in the future. Great memories were made.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. Everything worked. Loved sitting on the very spacious balcony in the evening listening to stream below. So relaxing!! Having reserved parking so convenient near elevator. Pam was excellent at communicating and answering any question we had. Trolley stop close by. Very convenient to avoid driving to parkway and expensive parking fees. Would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge is easy to get to from condo location as well. Hope to visit again in the future.

Great location! We love this location as it helps us to avoid most of the crazy traffic. The condo is nice and well equipped. Always have a great time in Gatlinburg and at this condo. We loved watching all of the hummingbirds from the balcony. The weather was perfect too! We will definitely be back! Pam is always great to communicate with and makes sure we have all we need.

We loved the condo. It was immaculate and well appointed. The kitchen was fabulous. We especially loved the balcony. The best thing was location. We were on the edge of all the attractions and once we got orientated we realized the location was perfect. All and all it was a wonderful stay.

Very Nice

Large clean kitchen, all kitchen utensils you could need. Limited food storage due to many kitchen cabinets full of utensils. Bed rooms comfortable and large. Jetted tub. Large dinning/living area. Swimming pool for cooling off and great air conditioner. The only disappointment was the view from the deck was all trees, however the sound of the creek below was nice.

GREAT experience at a GREAT place!!

Wonderful, spacious condo close enough to everything that you could walk if you wanted but far enough out of the mix of Gatlinburg's main drag that we enjoyed a peaceful and serene stay! Enjoyed evenings on the patio overlooking the stream, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living area. My din also enjoyed the pool. Pam was a terrific host; very communicative and quick to respond making things go seamlessly. If you're looking for a great "home away from home", this one's for YOU!

Awesome condo

This was our second stay at this condo. We would definitely come back for a third time. The condo is clean, in close proximity to town, and has an amazing balcony with the sounds of the roaring fork. The host, Pam, is very responsive, communicative, and helpful.

Great getaway.

Nicely decorated, with great location and the creek below was relaxing with the deck screen door open allowing the fresh air of spring. Off the beaten path, but still close to downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was very clean and everything worked. We did have one issue but it was resolved by maintenance in less than one hour. Listening to the creek on the back patio was so relaxing. Parking was rasy. The elevator worked very well, no issues.

This property is a gem, large floor plan, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable, 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. No scary dangerous roads with all the conveniences. The balcony and furniture by the creek are my favorite part. Definitely the perfect place to relax! Wonderful host!!!

Nice Clean Condo in Good Location

We stayed in Gatlinburg for the three nights after Christmas. Check-in to the property was very easy and while it’s actually contact free check-in we forgot to print our parking pass and had to go to the property management’s office. They were very friendly and helpful. The traffic was insane on the Parkway so we were very pleased to see it clears out while driving to the condo. This location has options to avoid the heaviest traffic downtown if you are headed to Pigeon Forge. The dedicated parking spot in the garage is very conveniently located near the elevator and the condo is also very near the elevator so this property is even great for individuals that are unable to walk far. The condo is clean, cozy and well equipped with what we needed for our three night stay. The back porch is large for a condo and the sound of the water running below you is great. A great stay at a clean, comfortable condo in a good location. Thanks for sharing your home away from home with us.
