HAPPY BEAR LODGE is a stunning luxury rental cabin that opened in June, 2023, providing an amazing vacation experience for guests. This lodge boasts 10 bedrooms, sleeps up to 42 guests and features three levels of amenities that will delight and entertain everyone.
The lower level of HAPPY BEAR LODGE is where guests can find the family suite, complete with a king-sized bed, a set of queen bunk beds, a futon and a private full bath. This level is loaded with amenities like a movie theater room, a pool table, a shuffleboard table, video games, and a large indoor swimming pool with a separate jacuzzi. There's also a half bath and a washer and dryer available, so guests can pack light if they choose. For relaxation, there is a covered porch with comfortable seating.
The mid-level of the lodge features a fully equipped kitchen, two dining room tables, granite countertops, and bar seating. This level boasts an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room all together. The living room has lots of comfortable seating and wraps around a tall stacked stone fireplace. There's also a large TV on the mantle, and another laundry room and a half bathroom. There are four bedrooms on this level, each with a king bed and its own private bathroom. Additionally, there is a large covered porch with plenty of seating and a charcoal grill.
The top level features five bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms with a king-sized bed and futon and its own full bathroom. The fourth of these bedrooms includes one set of Queen-sized bunk beds, a futon and its own full bathroom. The fifth of these bedrooms includes one set of queen over king-sized bunk beds, futon and its own full bathroom. There is also a sleeper on this level for extra sleeping if needed. Guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the large covered porch with plenty of seating.
HAPPY BEAR LODGE is part of the Bears Cove at the Glades Resort and sits in the middle of The Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Community, also known as the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community, which is a series of shops and galleries along an 8-mile two-lane loop in Sevier County, Tennessee, east of Gatlinburg. It's just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where guests can enjoy the beauty of nature.

Fantastic amazing beautiful vacation home. After a day of sightseeing everyone was so excited to return to Happy Bear ,with the indoor pool, theater room and games we even stayed in a day just to enjoy. The greatest kitchen ever cooking together, we certainly had the room. The latest in appliances and seating for all ,and a wonderful place for gamenight. We have a few issues upon arrival but they were immediately addressed and resolved. My whole family would highly recommend this beautiful cabin. Sincerely The Wilson Clan.

AMAZING PLACE!!!!!
We had a Company Christmas outing with about 8 couples and we had such a wonderful time. The cabin was everything and then some as advertised on VRBO. Lots and lots of Room, very clean, easy to book, plenty of games in the Recreation room, very nice theater and the pool and hot tub was so nice!!!! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again sometime!!
