The room was spectacular with bathroom being ye highlight. Beds were very comfy and housekeeping was very punctual and cordial despite it being the Christmas week. All the hotel staff had a very positive and good natured attitudes. Overall, we loved our stay and would like to stay there next time.

The best!!! we stayed in Gatlinburg about a year and a half ago we stayed somewhere else, but we walked through Margaritaville then just to see what it looks like an OMG we said next time that we came to Gatlinburg we would stay here and we did we were totally not disappointed It’s right in the heart of everything walkable would stay here again absolutely this is our new go to for Gatlinburg!

Very clean hotel in a fantastic location. Service was excellent and I loved the fireplace in the room and the very roomy shower. Great place to stay highly recommend it just a fun atmosphere too with music almost always playing in the hotel.
