We had a really good stay at Margaritaville in Gatlinburg. The location is unbeatable—easy parking, incredibly walkable to shops and restaurants, and a perfect home base for exploring the area. The lobby is bright and welcoming, the entire resort is clean, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. One night we arrived back late and were grateful the on-site restaurant was open until 11 p.m.—pizza at the resort hit the spot. Our room was comfortable and clean, though a bit worn for a relatively new property. The standout? The shower—10/10 with great water pressure and multiple shower heads. The only real downside was the pool area; despite the resort backing up to a creek, the pool is oddly placed beside the parking lot and feels a bit like a dated cruise ship. Still, for location, convenience, and overall comfort, it’s a solid pick.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were extremely comfortable! The location right in the heart of Gatlinburg was outstanding. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel. Our car never left the parking lot!

The accommodations were fantastic, spacious room and a great shower with 3 shower heads! We ate breakfast one day and had snacks and drinks there which were all delicious! The large lobby, the covered outside area as well as the pool area were all very well maintained, clean and comfy!
