All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Place is a nice change from your typical hotel with an island feel in Tennessee. Our room was great, large and clean. Will stay here again when in the area.

Asked for one hour later on checkout and was informed it would cost $100. I have chrons disease and morning and overnight is difficult for me in regard to the bathrooms. I have always been accommodated before with no problem. The young man said he could do nothing for me. Very disappointing
