Great Place to Stay

Was worried because ingress from Parkway was tricky but once we found it we were pleasantly surprised. Was concerned with the over the top Margaritaville decor, it was actually very fun and adorable. Room was fantastic. It was huge, comfortable and quiet with one of the best bathrooms around. Staff was so friendly and helpful too. Located right in the hub of the City and walkable to everything. A+ rating.

I'm an early riser, I'm talking like 2am not back to bed till 4:30. That's been my routine for over 35 years now, so I wish there were coffee bins on the main floor at least for late night. Instead I'd have to go up to the room. This time it was 701. Not only to the top but to the very end.

We have stayed at this location multiple times and have never been disappointed. The service from the staff is top notch. Everyone is friendly, helpful and does what it takes to make you have a great stay. The hotel rooms are extremely quiet. It is a great location that is walkable to the main strip of Gatlinburg.

What a great resort! Location was ideal, across the street from anakeesta & the aquarium. Plus walkable to all the shops. Nice outdoor covered patio to have a meal. Loved the upper pool with chairs in the water. Room was beautiful, huge bathroom, nice balconies. This resort has it all !
