Did not get our full stay

made my reservation for Mountain Loft in August for Thanksgiving for 5 nights from No vember 20-25. On Nov. 15, I was notified that we might not get to use the 25th check out. On Nov. 23 we were told that he did not have the last night. This was very inconvenient and we had diffficullty in changing plans. as we had somewhere to stay for the Friday night, but nothing for Thurs. night. . in addiion having to leave early
