This Condo is within walking distance to Anakeesta and Main St. Gatlinburg.Is small for more than 4 adults but we didn't stay inside much.

Loved the close proximity to downtown. There were several issues that need attention. 1) Rug in main living area was very dirty, 2)potato chips from previous tenant were scattered around the living area, 3)drink cans from previous tenant were left on the balcony area. 4) We were never able to exchange dirty towels for clean towels (there were never any available per the office manager) until our last night and even then, we were only given “kitchen size towels” and “kitchen dish cloths” instead of bath wash cloths due to the fact that is all that was available. Who can dry off their themselves with a kitchen towel? Owners need to ensure that visitors to their property are properly attended to.

Olde Gatlinburg #512

This place was perfect for our family. Short walk to town. The rental was clean and furnished as said. We did bring extra towels and washcloths from home to use instead of going to laundry downstairs.( not sure if they exchange them at office) We also saw a baby bear late one night. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Overall we recommend this rental.

Great Location, Very nice place

The location was great, close to everything walking. We rode our bikes up and stayed the night. The place was very clean, bed were comfy with plenty of pillows!! Only confusion we had was trying to find the unit, the numbers are weird. The website gave a LBcode but once we found the door there was no keypad. We have to carry everything back down stairs and ask the front desk where he actually had a key. All other units had keyless entry. Better chek in instructions needed

Ladies Trip

The condo was very nice. There were four of us ladies from church that came up for a three day shopping excursion. The condo felt like home, very nicely decorated. From the hardwood floors to the crown moldings, it was perfect. Just a short stroll to the main strip, beside a babbling brook, the ambience was perfect. When staying in Gatlinburg I would definitely recommend this condo.

Sparkling clean & Great location!

This was our first stay here and won't be our last. The condo was so clean! Beds are comfortable and our teen liked having a TV in the 2nd bedroom. The balcony has great views and the area is quiet. The location is perfect for walking to Annakeesta, Ripley's Aquarium, The Village shopping, Pancake Pantry and other restaurants & shopping. Friendly office management too. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location!

Condo was in a great location. Back from the main road but in walking distance of everything. Condo was clean but you need some dish soap because there was nothing.
