This three bedroom house lies on a large lot that overlooks the Roaring Fork Creek and has a view of the Gatlinburg Sky Lift. The house is 0.9 miles from the Aquarium, which puts you very close to downtown Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. You are also only 3.7 miles from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If you don't want to walk downtown, then there is a trolley stop a short distance from the house. The house is also located just 4 miles from the Rocky Top Sports World. As an added bonus there are no curvy, hilly roads to worry about because this house is right off of HWY 321.

This house was built 2018, boasting three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite, and 32" TV. It also has a patio door that leads out to the front porch so that you can sit and listen to the peaceful creek. On the other side of living room are two identical bedrooms with queen beds and 32 " TVs. In between the two bedrooms is the second full bathroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open concept. The living room has a gas log fireplace, a 55" TV, and a Blu - Ray Player. The couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa that could bring the accommodation of the house up to 8. The Kitchen is fully furnished and also has a full size washer and dryer for your use. Outside of the house it a 24" x 16" JUMBO Park Style Charcoal Grill if you would like to cookout will here. All TVs are hooked up to Spectrum Cable and there is high speed internet for you to use included in your stay.

The little things that make a big difference! The home is stocked with a starter supply of consumable items, including coffee filters, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and garbage bags. Less planning for you, more enjoying your vacation!

Incredible peaceful setting within walking distance to everything. Home was well furnished with everything we needed and even had a few extras like a snack basket. The house was adorable and perfect for our family of four. We could have fit more people but my boys loved having their own rooms! Everything was super clean and there were thoughtful touches throughout (including snacks our boys loved and condiments in the fridge)! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. We did not ever make a full meal but we easily could have! Hosts were attentive and informative, even offering to mail back a pair of shorts we left behind! The location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful but close enough to walk to all that Gatlinburg has to offer! We would absolutely recommend this rental to others and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful place, location is great. Just under a mile into Gatlinburg and on the free trolley route. We saw a black bear one night! Hosts are quick to respond to questions.

Great place. Had everything we needed. Location, not “walkable” with a toddler but plenty of parking available downtown (20.00 to park) Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked and had all the basic needs. Would stay again. 🤍

The house was clean and cozy. Just close enough to the main strip of Gatlinburg that if you don’t make the last trolly the walk back isn’t horrible.We had two kids with us and they had a blast.

Great Place to Stay

This was our second time staying here and would definitely recommend it. When we first arrived we thought there may be an issue with the guest toilet and reached out to the owners to be on the safe side, he came out right away to take a look, which was much appreciated. The owners also made sure to have maintenance take care of the driveway before we arrived to ensure there was no ice. The house is well stocked with towels, wash cloths, cookware, and cleaning supplies. Plus, the location is ideal if you want to be close to downtown Gatlinburg, but avoid all of the noise from the crowds.
