I brought a church youth group of 25 from Florida. While planning the trip I found this hotel within walking distance from the Gatlinburg Convention Center that was not only affordable but had rooms big enough for 6 people per room comfortably. I made a lot of calls with many questions and the staff were so kind and accommodating. When we got there it was closer to the convention center and Ober mountain then we thought, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was AMAZING! And the view off the balcony with the creek and mountains was beautiful! Thanks in part to the staff it was a successful and great trip with 17 teenagers 😂 I will definitely be booking with them for the conference again next year!

Our room was very nice. They serve a great breakfast selection. However, one of our mornings, the front desk guy had to search for the guy that is in charge of replenishing the food on the bar. We enjoyed the room and the fact the balcony looked over the river. All in all, a good place to stay.

Nice hotel but noisy

Older hotel but in decent shape. The room was very large and breakfast was good. Only complaint was we could hear everything during the might. Elevator was very noisy, we were two rooms away.

The worker at the front desk who was working both days couldn’t be bothered by anyone. You ask her a question and she was very short like we were bothering her. The rooms were very dirty yet they leave an envelope for tips. Just the bathroom door had disgusting dirt and droppings down the door that could have simply been wiped. The bedding was dirty and the bathroom sink was clogged the whole time

The room was updated and clean, a little small, but overall nice and right on the river. The staff were very nice and helpful. The property is located on the very end of the main strip just past Ober, just something to note if you plan to walk to attractions or restaurants at the opposite end. We would stay again in the future.

I didn’t like that we had to walk out side of the room to get to the elevator but we also came in the cold months so there I was expecting it to be cold just wish it was blocked it but overall the place was great we had a massive room

Our stay was good, the parking lot needs cleaning or swept. Trash cans should at both ends on walkways and walkways also swept on a regular. The front desk attendant should have a more professional appearance, shirt and tie. He looked like a maintenance man not a front desk clerk.

The hotel was clean, the front desk staff was ok, they did their job but weren’t overly friendly. The hotel needs some maintenance. The breakfast was good. The best thing about this hotel is the location.
