Well, lets start when we got there, and walked in the lobby to checkin. The guy behind the desk, was scarffing down chicken at the front desk where he sat, had chicken and sauce all over his face, he tried to clean it off, but some stayed on his face, then he stumbled and fumbled to get us checked in - hey I understand people have to eat while at work, but this was our 1st impression, the when we go to park our car to unload our luggage, we were over on the side of the building where apparently they throw all broken items from the hotel, broken doors toilets, matresses that was our second impression. we stayed 5 nights during the second night we noticed a few bugs inside our room, like potato bugs, i killed them and did not give it another thought, till the next night we saw a few more and ever night we were there.

This is normally our go to place when we go to Gatlinburg but since the last time it’s gone down hill. Our sheets were dirty , dirt all over the headboard and bed frame, pubic hairs in shower , dirty mirror , food splats or splats of something above the garbage can. Very disappointed. I’m hoping it’s just a one off experience.

Room was great. When I checked in, the lady didn’t seem too friendly. I told her who I was and all she really said was read this ,which was a paper about rules. Didn’t say hello or anything.
