Extremely clean, quiet and cozy! Very friendly staff! Convenient to everything but set off the main road perfectly so you don’t even realize you are right in downtown. We will stay here again!

It’s not the prettiest place to stay BUT you are SmackDab in the center location !! Across the street is the chair lift to the top; and there’s restaurants and souvenir shops on both sides. Breakfast was eggs and bacon and biscuit with gravy. The rooms are really warm if you need them to be.

Room 371. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lobby of hotel was very Festive for the Christmas season. The parking was great- in a garage on the same level as we were staying on. Only concern/issue was that we took showers in the morning before checkout and had no hot water! Warm at the most. We did inform a housekeeper and also informed the front desk at check out.

Location is unbeatable. In the heart of Gatlinburg downtown right opposite Anakeesta. The rooms are decent, though a bit dated. Small but cozy lobby and patio area. Breakfast was the usual continental - nothing special.

The staff were nice and attentive but this hotel needs some serious remodeling!! The rooms have a bad smell and everything is old and outdated. Won’t be staying here again
