The best thing about the Gatlinburg Inn is the location. Its close to alot of restaurants. We visited the Skypark and that was just a couple minutes walk. I suppose that is why it was more expensive then most. The employees are very nice. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. The room was very old and needs updating. That made it seem like it wasn't very clean. The shower didn't barely drain. By the time I was done,I was standing in a pool of water. There is no refrigerator or microwave. I doubt we will stay there again.

The room we stayed in was a little outdated but we liked that. The room was so huge and was very inexpensive. The walking distance to shopping and dinning was very little and was in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was way above your traditional other hotels. We will definitely be reserving another room again.
