Conveniently located value hotel

I've stayed here previously so there were no surprises. Walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. Comfortable beds. Neighbors were a bit loud at times, but they turned in early just like me.

Have stayed there many times. Convenient to downtown. The room we were assigned to was under repair. Filthy. They did put us in another decent room, although the hot water was merely tepid. We will never stay there again.

Location was awesome , walking distance to downtown .. Around the property was trashy , dumpster near by , woke up at 5:30 road beside of room ,hear traffic all night long ..tub cracked , felt like you were falling thru .. awful for Gatlinburg. Beware ... New owner clean it up !!!

You get what you pay for. The room was clean, except for the sticky floor, but the facilities are very old and worn. The best that could be said is functional and clean. Convenient location, but the HoJo next door is every bit as convenient and looked much nicer.

The hotel was very dirty and run down. Room was filthy and broken outlets, bathroom was nasty, bed looked like it was on poles. We we arrived we looked at the room and canceled. Would not recommend staying there to anyone.
