AVOID TIMESHARE PRESENTATION!

The resort itself is amazing, well kept, and the front desk staff are very helpful. However, DO NOT let them talk you into attending the timeshare presentation. They had a great deal on some amusement tickets that we were going to purchase anyway. We just had to attend the presentation to get the tickets. I asked the concierge FOUR TIMES how long it would last and he said "no more than 90 minutes". 4.5 hours into the presentation we realized that was a lie. As another review on here has said, it is very high pressure and they basically expect you to purchase a timeshare. Luckily, my wife and I stood strong and refused. They were very unhappy, but as I told them, WE PAID TO BE HERE! We were not there on some free two night getaway that required a timeshare presentation. All that to say, this is a wonderful property with great amenities and staff. Just make sure you STAY AWAY from the timeshare presentation!

I came to the resort with my 7 year old grandson. The host gave us a room that we had to park away from and walk up a hill. He had already mentioned bears and all I could think was what am I going to do if I encounter a bear walking up this hill alone with my grandson? I wish he could have put us with a better accessible room. This was the only issue I had with the property. The rooms were perfect and had all of the amenities. My grandson loved the water park and I loved the fact that public transportation did make a stop at the resort.

Parking to use the amenities was terrible. I get they have shuttles but that takes a long time to go to your unit and back to restaurant or water park. I wouldn’t stay here again Becky this inconvenience. Overall the resort was nice just wish there was more parking options.

Check In Nightmare

Check in process is quite difficult especially if traveling with multiple properties. We asked for rooms to be next to each other and they were unable to accommodate. Our rooms were supposed to have two beds and they also did not. We had one bed and one couch. We were asked to attend a 90 minute meeting with a free breakfast to obtain water park passes for our group. After three hours we politely asked to leave and were met with three very rude staff members that proceeded to insult us for 15 additional minutes.
