Sneaking in a dog will be fine of $250.

Given that the cabin is located in a wooded area, encountering bugs and bees is a natural occurrence. Despite a rigorous pest control routine, it is not possible to completely eradicate all insects.

*No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks. However, you can smoke outside in the parking area at least 15 feet away from the cabin.
For your safety and property protection, a security camera is installed in the driveway.

The cabin is easily accessible year-round, located just off the parkway with all paved roads. No need for a 4-wheel drive. Parking is available for three vehicles on the driveway, and additional parking is available on the street if needed.

*Maximum number of guests at this property is 10 max regardless of age. No more than 10 human's total. $50 if over per night.

We do not provide refunds for: weather conditions of any kind, natural disasters, power outages, act of God/Jehovah/Buddha/Allah, or other things that are beyond our control.

Accessibility: While not ADA accessible, there are only three steps to reach the main level which includes all essential amenities. The main level bathroom features a walk-in shower with a small curb but no grab bars.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable, and each room had ceiling fans and blackout curtains, which made for a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated having the pool table and air hockey for entertainment. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and downtown Gatlinburg.A couple of things to note: I’d recommend bringing your own beach towels for the hot tub, as the ones provided were small and had a strong sour smell. Our bathing suits had a strong odor after using the hot tub - not a chlorine smell. We also noticed the showers hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. We shared these concerns with the property owner, who was kind and very responsive throughout our stay.Be sure not to leave any food in your vehicle. During our stay, a bear attempted to open the back door of our rental car—thankfully, it didn’t leave any scratches.

Great time!! Cabin was very clean, Comfortable beds. Great accommodations! Plenty bathrooms and space, also parking was good. Also has a grill out front. Great relaxing deck out back up high, pretty view!! Great communication with host!! Was not expecting. to see bears, but did more than once and could hear them in the woods off deck, down the steep hill. Kids got a thrill!! Just leave no food in cars and lock your doors. First night one of our’s got broken into by a bear, but did no harm, just took some food. A neighbor got a good video!! Great times!! Lots of shopping, things to see, and places to eat. Also, a place to golf not very far.

We had a great time! The cabin is very close to town and had everything we needed. The layout is great, having a bathroom with each bedroom was perfect for our group. The big decks on each level were great for sitting in the morning with a coffee or at night with some wine. My son also loved all the games on the lower level. The only issue was the remote for the tv in the living room didn’t work, and some of the chairs around the kitchen island had broken legs. Overall it was a great stay!

Great location

This home is in a great location for easy access to downtown and the convention center. It is a short drive to either but with the back road to the convention center you can bypass downtown.The home is exactly as described.The owners were very responsive to anything we asked or mentioned that we might need.This would be a stay again location.

This place is spacious, clean, updated, and very comfortable. Its location is ideal for accessing Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, the Smokys, parks. Four bedrooms with en suite baths. One of the bedrooms is more for children but the other three are identical and good for couples. Highly recommend.

Fun vacation in a beautiful cabin

The cabin was lovely! It felt new and clean. It was wonderful to have lots of space and bedrooms for everyone to have their own bedroom with full bathrooms for family vacation with 2 adult-ish children. We enjoyed the 2 large decks and fun game room with a pool table and arcade games. Location is fantastic near downtown Gatlinburg, minutes away from a good grocery store and all of the attractions and mountain hiking. The owners were super helpful and friendly getting us booked for a last minute trip and late arrival.
