Good value and great location.

Good size room, comfortable beds, clean, great breakfast! Great central location, only negative was the late-night street noise, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Good price, good location, free parking and easy check-in. Had booked 2 rooms, one seemed fresh and newly renovated while the other was just okay. Overall the stay was nice and worth it.

It was good, check-in was a bit confusing but that might just have been me. I had a generally good stay, liked the location, room etc. My only issue was when before checkout (around 9) a member of staff knocks and I say hello and then they simply unlocked my door anyway? And it was an awkward moment. I don't really know why they tried comming in since it's before checkout and I've rented my room. But other then that yeah it was good

Helt ok för en övernattning i den här prisklassen. Toan var lite trång men jag gillade duschen. Kuddarna och täcket var inte de bästa, men sov ändå ok. Frukosten var ingen lyx, men bjöd på alla basvaror.

Fint och fräscht rum, enkelt men helt okej. Sköna sängar. En enda liten negativ sak var att frukosten inte var påfylld, ser drog ner lite i betyget. Med då lite folk vid frukosten så ska det finnas varmt vatten i tekokaren och inte bara tomma yoghurt förpackningar, men personalen var snabba att fylla på när man sa till. Rekommenderas iaf om man vill ha ett billigt och bra hotell. Vi kommer tillbaka. Vi åkte hem tillbaka till Karlstad nöjda, men lite ledsna då Färjestad förlorade mot Brynäs 😉
