Welcome to Gâvres, a pretty unspoiled peninsula in southern Brittany. This little corner of paradise awaits you for relaxing or sporting iodized holidays, in a typical seaside village. It's up to you to swim (or sunbathe!) on one of the many coves and sandy beaches
try out various water activities offered by Gâvres (kite surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, coasting, etc.), bike rides and the unmissable shellfish fishing trips in the "little sea".
Housing
"lili by the sea" is an architect's house of approximately 110 m2, in neo-Breton style which offers access to the beach by descending the few steps in the garden. Take advantage of a spectacular view of the harbour, appreciate the colorful sunsets on the terrace and enjoy a flower garden of more than 1500 m2, in front and behind the house.
The villa consists of:
- on the ground floor: a very spacious Chesterfield living room with bay windows opening onto the large 31m2 terrace facing the ocean; library ; a fireplace and large-screen Tv; a large modern and bright kitchen, perfectly equipped with a dining area for 6 people; a large office (ideal for telecommuting) with sleeping area for two people; a toilet ; a bathroom (with shower and toilet).
- on the 1st floor: a large bedroom offering you an alarm clock facing the sea (160 bed and dressing room).
- on the 2nd floor: two double bedrooms (beds 140 and 160), a bathroom (with shower), a toilet.
Other remarks
The house is surrounded by a large, unfenced garden. Several private parking spaces are available, two barbecues are at your disposal (one gas and one wood).
Before and during your stay, Agnès will be your contact person and will do everything possible to make your vacation enjoyable.
The house is located in a dead end, in a very quiet area by the sea. Parking is located in the garden in complete safety.
If you wish, you can leave your vehicle in the car park, everything is accessible on foot or by bike (shops, restaurants, cafes). A maritime shuttle (every 30 minutes) connects Gâvres to Port-Louis and Lorient.
