Misleading information listed

The listing was incorrect there was no elevator and no second bathroom. Because there was no elevator my elderly parents were not able to access the apartment. It also made it difficult to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. Communication with the management company was not easy and there was a lot of conflicting information being sent. I would like to understand what the next steps are as a result if the false information that was provided.
