First room was not as requested sloping ceilings my husband is 6 3. I told reception they changed our room the next day. Really happy netflix lovely views of town nice and clean and little fridge . Breakfast lovely lots of varieties. Excellent spot very close 3 mins from xmas markets. Staff lovely would recommend. Really enjoyed our break. Only thing my husband got cold feet as bed is 2 singles pushed together but with 2 separate quilts . His feet were hanging out if the bottom they are small quilts. We will definitely recommend lovely holiday

From the time we stepped through the entrance of Fama Residence the staff were so helpful, very polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely clean room, thanks to housekeeping, comfortable and compact with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Comfy bed, quiet room so a great nights sleep. Nice hot shower and plenty clean towels.The hotel is in a great location for shopping,bars, restaurants and sightseeing. The attached bar has great cocktails at a good price. I cannot recommend the hotel enough. We will be back… Thank you Fama team for making our stay fabulous.

Fantastic from start to finish. Had the deluxe rooms and the beautiful view of the street was well worth the extra. A bit noisy at night from the street but it didn’t spoil anything .. plus they supply earplugs. My husbands 60th birthday while there and they kindly gifted a bottle of Prosecco for us to celebrate. Cannot fault it at all and the location… just wow!

The room itself was actually really hot as the radiator was on full blast so I had to turn that down. It stated that it was a double bed when it fact it was 2 single beds it together which was a big disappointing. The staff though were very friendly.
