If I could roll-back-time, I’d tell myself to book elsewhere.
**FRAUD ALERT**
From the shakedown to get apt code to the habitual broke down site and poor supports,
Flatbook Torunska is place to avoid.
1. ___FRAUD___ = “intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value“
2. NO SWIMMING POOL => FLATBOOK FRAUD W/EXPEDIA Co-CONSPIRATOR. If you want to get wet, you may (like literally anyone else in the tri-cities region), pay to enter the spa like every (any)one else.
DO NOT BOOK FLATBOOK TORUNSKA.
1. The flat was difficult to enter. After paying $1500USD, Flatbook sent me an 11th hour email message that I ‘owed’ a cleaning fee about 24 hours before our stay. I was aware of this shakedown, so I paid. Flatbook pocketed the cash and didn’t clean, nor provide entry instructions to gain access to the apartment.
2. Broke-down-IKEA zone furnishings — structurally damaged bed; Bug (mosquito!!!!
3. The BED WAS BROKEN upon entry. I guess Flatbook condones breaking the slats of a bed so the mattress sags: broke-down, antiquated AND dirty. It was gross. We tried to vacuum it clean, but the vacuum in the closed was full of filth and thus rendered unusable.
4. Biting Flies!! No bed linens!). We booked a 2 bedroom because we are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens), but one bedroom had such an infestation, it was unusable
5. Gross apartment of construction.
