A comfortable and stylish hotel

A stylish hotel at the heart of the Gdansk old city. We found the service really friendly and the room was excellent too. The breakfast was great with the exception of the juices that tasted artificial.

An excellent hotel for travellers that want a clean bedroom, modern bathroom, comfortable sleep, and a filling breakfast. Overall very friendly staff (Maciej) who are very helpful and give tips and offer advice for getting around both Gdansk and the neighbouring places of interest i.e. Gdynia, Sopot etc. Best mid range hotel I have been to in the last 5yrs.

Hidden Gem

Hidden gem The hotel is right off the main old town street and it doesn’t get more central than that! All the main sites were less than 5 mins walk. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff are excellent! Our room didn’t face the street and we had no issues with noise. Train station is 15 mins walk if you want to venture out of Gdansk. The hotel is top marks for its location, room size and cleanliness. The only negatives : no shampoo provided, this is standard in all hotels so I was very surprised to see none provided. For breakfast, decent options but food not marked clearly e.g sausages which are pork vs chicken were not marked and as a non pork eater I had to clarify each day. Also on the second day they only had pork sausages and no chicken which really limited protein options at breakfast. Overall we absolutely loved the hotel and will definitely stay again. Kudos as well to the lovely staff who were always so helpful and polite !

You can’t beat the location. Friendly staff. The downside… our room was ready before 3, but they made us pay to check in early ( it was about an hour early, but we paid the money to be able to just check in). I thought this was very inappropriate. I work in the hotel industry and never heard of this ! The room is very basic and they could make it a bit more comfortable.

Directly in the city centre, facing Długi Targ. Some rooms, e.g. 317 - 320 directly facing the square, so the have amazing view, but are a bit noisier. Most of the rooms are in the courtyard wing. Very nice design. Very good, but not amazing breakfast.

Wonderful Hotel In The Heart Of Gdańsk

Marvelous location just across the road from the Town Hall. Plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. Only a short walk to the Gdańsk Crane and other tourist attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms were comfortable.

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel. Third time in gdansk, first time in this hotel. Normally stay at Hanza hotel, but thought we would try something a little cheaper. Nothing cheap about this place in relation to quality or location. Recommend!!

This hotel is perfectly pleasant and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was not great - limited selection and wasn’t great quality. It’s difficult to regard this as a 4 star hotel as it felt pretty basic. It was clean though and centrally located. As long as your expectations are not too high then it’s OK!
