Jag fick ett samtal från uthyraren innan vi lämnade Sverige att han skulle skicka sms på hur vi skulle hämta nyckeln med en kod. När vi kom dit så hade han inte skickat något sms med kod, jag ringde flera gånger men kom till en telefonsvarare, vi började bli oroliga efter över en timmes väntan. Jag skickade ett sms och ringde ett annat nummer där säger uthyraren bra lugnt att han "glömde skicka instruktionen". I ett sms hånade han och skämtade om detta och undrade " hur en del människor är"? Och i samma sms säger att han hade semester på ankomstdagen, vad hade hänt ifall han inte svarat på mitt första sms? Då hade vi fått leta annat boende på kvällen när vi kom dit. Det stod tydligt att incheckning är mellan kl15-20. Det blev även tjafs när vi bad om extra toapapper, "jag skickar en till lägenheten" , säger han men ingen kom. Tur att vi hade köpt eget på affären eftersom vi kände att uthyraren inte var att lita på. Det värsta var att han skämtade och hånade oss om det hela när vi var så upprörda. I övrigt så det var en fräsch nyrustad lägenhet. Det fattades korkskruv och alla filmer var dubbade på polska. Telefonnumret till Taxi på instruktionen med nyckeln/koden som vi fick gick till en polsktalande taxi så vi fick leta efter en annan taxi som kunde prata engelska. Det var lite jobbigt utan hiss trots 4 våningar upp i huset.
