Welcome to our spacious and modern 60 m² apartment, perfect for a comfortable stay in the city. It's an excellent option for those who value comfort and functionality. The large, bright living room is connected to a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances. Meals can be enjoyed at the elegant dining table. The apartment offers two separate bedrooms. The first features a comfortable double bed with bedding, a TV, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed, a TV, and a comfortable desk with a chair, making it an ideal place to work or study. The elegant bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink with mirror, and washing machine. An additional advantage is the large balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. For the convenience of guests with cars, we also provide a parking space in the underground garage.
