Welcome to our modern and comfortable family home in Charlemont, ideally located between Geelong and the stunning Surf Coast. Situated in a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood, this well-maintained home offers the perfect base for families, couples, and groups looking to explore the region's beaches, attractions, and local amenities.

Built less than 7 years ago and thoughtfully maintained, the home features four spacious bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Three bedrooms include queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed with two single beds. Fresh towels, quality bedding, quilts, and pillows are provided for every guest, allowing you to arrive and settle in with ease.

The home is equipped with reverse-cycle ducted heating and cooling throughout, ensuring year-round comfort. When using the cooling or fan-only mode, we kindly ask guests to keep the rear door or two windows slightly open to assist with airflow and system efficiency.

Both bathrooms are stocked with essential amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and toilet paper. A hair dryer is available in the main bathroom, and an iron is provided in the laundry for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, kettle, cups, plates, wine glasses, cutlery, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, tissues, and cleaning supplies. Complimentary tea, coffee sachets, sugar, salt, and pepper are also provided.

Gather around the dining table with seating for six or relax in the spacious living area featuring a comfortable U-shaped lounge that accommodates at least six adults. The large 75-inch Smart TV includes Netflix access, making it easy to unwind with your favourite movies and shows after a day of exploring.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Enjoy meals in the covered alfresco area or relax on the large deck overlooking the fully fenced backyard. Families travelling with children will appreciate the outdoor space and cubby house. Please note that use of the cubby house is at guests' own risk, as the surrounding surface is concrete and does not have rubber safety matting.

The property includes free Wi-Fi, complimentary driveway parking, and convenient self-check-in via a lockbox. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use, as the garage door is currently non-operational and remains locked. Additional street parking is available.

For the safety and security of guests and the property, five external security cameras are installed around the home. Three cameras are located at the front of the property, including one monitoring the front entrance, and two cameras are positioned at the rear. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.

Convenience is right at your doorstep. Woolworths, Discount Chemist, Indian grocery stores, Domino's Pizza, cafes, and other local shops are located approximately 400 metres away, while public transport is just 100 metres from the property.

The location is ideal for beach lovers and day-trippers alike. Geelong Waterfront and Eastern Beach are approximately 13 minutes away, while Torquay and Barwon Heads can be reached in around 15 minutes by car, giving you easy access to some of Victoria's most popular coastal destinations.
