Great location. Admitting it is budget, but the cleanliness of doors, table, tv remote and shower were sub standard. It was fine for me, a middle age man who’s not a germaphobe, however wouldn’t suit alot of people, like the rest of my family if they were staying with me

Manager was polite & friendly. Room was very tired, a little manky, but great location for the Cadel Evans weekend rides. Very noisy with road traffic etc., No amenities to speak of. Free off street parking was great. Very basic accommodation, but cheap and did the job.

Torny towels, old n dirty furnitures, mouldy bath room, left over food by previous guests, un professionals staffs, noisy n loud water pipe, dirty n damaged furnitures at parking lots in full view of patrons, constant untrained staffs k nocking on door just to check whether guest damage or stole property. unannounced $200 bond.lost item never return.bond $200 but force.
