The room was old / tired / damaged bathroom. Didn’t live up to the website at all. Very over priced for what you actually get. Food was pretty bland and limited choices too.

The property rooms were comfortable, facilites ok an dinner menu lovelly thai food. We were disappointed in having to pay a 10% tarrif in the weekend on food an drinks. Great selection at breakfast i was pleasantly surprised it included a cooked breakfast.

Have stayed many times over the years when it was The Salvation Army's conference centre. Loved the transformation. I have special dietary needs and the breakfast options really worked for me. Will not hesitate to book future stays. Staff very helpful in organising an early arrival due to me attending a wedding that day. Thank you.

This was a beautiful property in the middle of a park. The reception staff went out of their way to allow me a room change and to check in early. I will definately be back next time I’m in Geelong.

The restaurant and breakfast options were fantastic. So much variety at breakfast. The pool and Spa looked great, and there was a pool table to use as well. The suite has 2 rooms, comfortable beds, kitchen and lounge room. Even a balcony to a grassed area, overlooking a golf course. Everything was just perfect, we will be back!

⭐ 1 Star – Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far below expectations. The cleanliness standards were noticeably poor, and the breakfast selection was disappointing — the food tasted as though it had been sitting out for quite some time, and the coffee from the machine resembled little more than lukewarm, dirty water. Upon arrival, the reception experience was unwelcoming. When I requested a room change due to the bathroom type not being suitable, the response I received was unnecessarily unpleasant and dismissive, with the staff member asking, “Have you used it?” The heating system also took approximately 30 minutes to begin working, which was inconvenient. The only positive aspect was the quality of the bathroom toiletries, which were pleasantly scented and generously sized. However, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired — even the reception washroom remained in the same unclean state from check-in to checkout. Regrettably, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
