My balcony had no cover over the area to protect it from rain. I looked at other balconies that I could see and most had an alcove between the door and the deck. An umbrella or similar would be perfect for these open decks. Especially if you’re a smoker or just want to sit outside with a glass of wine! Rain doesn’t help.

The beds were very comfortable and the studio apartment was spotlessly clean. The studios are very pokey for two people. There is no room for two suitcases and the bathroom is quite small. Overall the studio apartments would be fine if you weren't sharing with anyone. If you are arriving in Geelong on public transport be aware that the property is about four blocks away from the station. It's a 10-15 minute walk uphill. You need to be reasonably fit to get there with a suitcase.

Lovely room, lots of extra touches that made it special, we wanted for nothing. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom & facilities was fabulous. We wished we could stay longer. The staff were super friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Extra pluses the gym & rooftop with a great view. Very helpful staff. Arranged secure parking for us on a weekend when it was full. Room was compact but adequate, bed comfortable, kitchenette useful. Used the gym and free laundry. View from 13th floor rooftop outstanding. Enjoyed our stay.

Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming . The reception team communicated very well before and during our stay. Lovely to meet the housekeeping team, they did a great job of cleaning the room. Great location, walked everywhere. Nice to be able to see over the city. Only item of note is the bath shower combination , the bath is very high to get in and out of to have a shower, not an easy fix but some feedback . Thank you for the lovely stay

The property was incredibly clean and the staff were very welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. However, one downside which I was unaware of, is their undercover carpark gets booked out and you will need to park your vehicle on the street. On street parking is meter parking from 9am - 5:30pm. Be aware all of Geelong is paid parking.
