5. Must climb stairs (not steep).

7. Please DO NOT BOOK if you are worried of the possible 2-3 minute noise that might come at around 9.30 am and also around 5.30 pm as the garage of the Geelong eastern beach tourist train for hire is in front of our house. This is not a daily occurrence though.
