DO NOT RENT FROM TOBY. He notified me of no plumbing 4 days before we were to arrive. Over next few days he would only answer if I reached out on status. 24 hours before arrival I once again asked status - he told me VRBO suggested I cancel. When I did, I was told I would only get 400 back and informed Toby he needed to ask for full refund to me due to property having no plumbing. One week later no refund is n works according to my phone call with VRBO. EVERY day I asked Toby status of refund and even had to show him how to do it. HE NEVER ASKED FOR ONE and because of that it shows our stay was completed so VRBO cannot issue refund unless owner asks for one.I am out almost 2000. Toby won't answer phone call from VRBO. He is not to be trusted.

Quick trip to NY for a funeral

Great spot, even if the weather was freezing. Would love to see this place in the summer months. Fireplace was a big plus, and the hot tub was also very nice and very hot! Would stay here again!
