Situated right on the lakeside, this small cottage has one of the best views of Glass Factory Bay.
Park in the circular drive, which is shared with the neighboring house and walks down the well manicured lawn to the stairway leading to the cottage and be greeted by lovely potted gardens and a spectacular array of reflected sunshine off the lake.
Open the door to the studio-style upper level with open kitchen, dining area, and bedroom. Enjoy the lake view from the picture window.
Down the spiral staircase is the second sleeping area with open bathroom partitioned off in the rear corner. Bathroom hosts a standup shower, utility sink and commode. Walk out onto the lakefront lawn through the downstairs door.
The deck is the gathering center for this small lakeside cottage. Sunbathe, BBQ on the gas grill, enjoy lakeside dining, play a game of cards, or watch the stars come out; this deck will accommodate it all.
