Lovely Two Bedroom Lake Erie Cottage near Strip and Beach - Pet Friendly

Newly renovated two bedroom cottage near the shores of Lake Erie and the GOTL Strip. Come relax or enjoy all the excitement that GOTL has to offer! This nice sized cottage is the perfect spot for a ladies' weekend, Bachelorette Party, a trip with friends, couples retreat or family getaway to the lake. Terrific location, close to Breakwater Beach and the Strip, and a short drive to Spire and the wineries. Located directly across the street from Lake Erie.

Welcome to Drop Anchor Cottages, Cottage #4! This 540 square foot cottage was built in the 1940's and originally stood in the historic Chestnut grove, one of the area's first cottage encampments. We believe that the cottage was moved to the current location in the late 1960s when the Lodge was built.

Situated on a large open courtyard, which has four cottages in total. You will have full use of this courtyard, as well as your own outdoor seating, charcoal grill, and a picnic table with an umbrella. The courtyard has a fire-pit for our guests to enjoy and we provide the firewood!

Cottage 4 is our only PET FRIENDLY cottage, and since it is situated near the woods at the rear of the courtyard, you will have lots of space for your pup to explore!

Cottage #4 is the largest of our cottages and will comfortably house and sleep six guests. It has a good sized living space with a sofa and loveseat and an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area. Dining table seats 4 with additional dining area outside.

Each of the cottage's two bedrooms has a queen bed with a brand new memory foam mattress, and there is a new pull out queen size sofa bed in the living room. We provide bed linens for all three of the beds.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. It is fully appointed with cookware, dishes and silverware, and should provide you with what you need during your stay. We also provide a coffee and tea set up for your enjoyment during your stay with us.

Bathroom has a walk in shower and is supplied with bath linens for six as well as emergency toiletries.

Cottage is wifi equipped and has a wall mounted flat screen tv for streaming. It has a drying rack for swimsuits and towels, and a basket of colorful beach towels for use during your stay. Cottage 4 has a wall mounted mini split unit which heats and cools the entire space for those balmy Lake Erie summers and cool spring and fall nights.

If you are planning on visiting the lake with a larger group and would like to book more than one cottage, please be in touch! We have 4 cottages
and a larger Lake House on the the property, and can accommodate up to 31guests, availability permitting.

Our property is located directly across the street from the lake. This cottage is the closest to the lake and has distant lake views from the kitchen and living room. Parking for cottage 4 is in the driveway of the main house and is on asphalt, a short walk across courtyard to the cottage.

We ask that you limit yourself to as few vehicles as possible when staying with us, as parking on the property is limited. You will have space for a maximum of two vehicles when staying at the cottage, if you park the vehicles in a single file line. Additional parking is available nearby on the Strip.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Geneva-on-the-Lake cottage is smoke free.
