This is a great rental! We were in town for Hobart Parents and Family Weekend. The location is great, and the house is so clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent here again.

We had an enjoyable girls’ weekend at Matt and Julie’s place. Clean, comfortable space and close to Waterloo outlets and Geneva restaurants/shopping. Wish we had nicer weather to enjoy the spacious yard and deck. Only glitch was 2 out of the 5 of us had issues with the WIFI. Not sure why since we all had updated IPhones. Highly recommend this property!
