We booked this hotel and around a month before arriving we asked if we could swap the date to a week later. We were told we could not and they were quite unhelpful. Quite disappointing as they clearly had lots of empty rooms and it wouldn’t have been an issue at all.

Je n’ai pas du tout aimé le Check in car il faut tout remplisse soit même sur une tablette. Je déplore également le fait qu’il n’y qu’une seule petite bouteille d’eau pour 2 personnes pour les 2 jours .. enfin le café du petit déjeuner est très mauvais Les cocktails sont bons Le lieu est bien placé mais la vue des chambres est inexistante Je n’y reviendrais plus

For instance, by not having a reception desk, our team has more time to share their city tips and answer any questions you might have during your stay. It's a pity to hear it wasn't your cup of tea. While our cocktail selection received your seal of approval (and we're thrilled about that!), we're sorry to hear that the room view didn't live up to expectations. Die Lage des Hotels war einfach Top. Hotelzimmer war sauber und grossräumig. Die Zimmertemparatur war ein wenig frisch. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt top, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nicht gefallen Das kalte ungemütlich Zimmer. Die Heizung war sehr laut und nicht warm genug.

we forgot a nice pyjama im the blanket and wrote the hotel immediately on our way home. they didn't found it. how can something from the room just disappear .... come on guys. not cool. very very disappointing. we would not trust this hotel and the housekeeping again.
