Great location, very clean. Stayed in a cosy room, it lived up to it's name. Check-in and check-out was super easy. We opted for the drinks voucher instead of the room clean for the weekend. This was a nice option and the cocktail's we got were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room on the main street and very noisy with poor noise insulation. Lots of trams passing by day and night and if there is building works. You’re in for a bad nights sleep. The accessibility to the hotel and inside moving around the hotel is not clear and can be confusing and can involves. Breakfast buffet available and service staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel and location, rooms are modern and spacious - fabulous views on higher floor. Only let down is front desk staff, they were quite rude and unhelpful. It didn’t spoil our stay but they could do with customer service training!

Room was clean and pleasant to stay in. The shower was lovely and powerful. The room wasn’t the biggest and the layout was a bit unusual (was a L shape with a tiny balcony at the end). Check-in and out was great and staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Location wise it was great - walking distance to the fountain, river, shops and even Geneva Christmas market.
