Walk to downtown with its many restaurants and pubs or Seneca Lake and Lakefront park in less than 15 minutes. Close to Hobart and William Smith Colleges and right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. This house has two large bedrooms upstairs each with 1 new queen bed and one twin bed, with plenty of room to spare. There is a full bathroom upstairs. There is a downstairs parlor bedroom with a queen bed, french doors and curtains for privacy. A second full bathroom is on the first floor. Free wireless internet. Streaming cable TV in the living room w/ an Apple TV. Dining room with table and chairs. Full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave oven and coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, glassware and silverware. There is off street parking for 2+ cars, and plenty of additional street parking. This is a family friendly neighborhood, and our rental is perfect for families or groups (up to 8) in the area for weddings, the Musselman race, the Seneca Seven race, HWS events and Wine tours. Geneva is the perfect location if you are looking for time away to relax at the lake, hike and see the many waterfalls in the area. We are close to the Belhurst Castle, Ravines (our personal favorite), Ventosa as well as many other wineries. Popular wedding venues Club 86 Party House, The Cracker Factory and North Farm are nearby. Seneca Lake State Park is less than 1 mile away. Watkins Glen State Park and the popular Gorge Trail is approximately 45 minutes away. Wineries and breweries are abundant on either side of Seneca Lake. Downtown Geneva has many restaurants and pubs. We would be more than happy to make recommendations. Taxi service and Uber are available as well as limo/personal driver services in the city, to and from the airport, or on wine tour.
