Enjoy a stylish comfortable experience at this centrally-located Uptown flat that is a short walk to all that Downtown Geneva has to offer including our beautiful Lake front. This Historic Rowhouse Flat has been recently renovated. Family friendly for parents with Children or a great unit for a couple to enjoy. Maybe your staying with friends for a wine tour, brew tour or one of our many events in Town. Stay with us while visiting Hobart William Smith College located a short walk away.

Stylishly updated Old World RowhouseTown home located in the Upscale neighborhood overlooking Seneca Lake and Downtown Geneva. Walking Distance to Downtown, Hobart Williamsmith, and the Lake front with Lake access. Our Lake front access is the public access just two blocks away from the lake. Behind the row houses in the public parking area their is EV charging facilities and down at the welcome center on the lake is also Ev charging facilities. There is Kayak rentals, a Boat Launch, and docks at the lake front as well as plenty of hiking. Also a two Playgrounds and plenty of parking.

The Apartment is for four adults Maximum and one infant/toddler in the pack n play crib. The bed is a queen bed and the modular couch links together for a queen sized bed for two.

We do not live onsite but are in the local area. We can be contacted as needed and are happy to assist in making your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Pultney Park location in Historic Geneva`s Uptown between Hobart William Smith and Downtown Geneva. Flat overlooks Seneca lake with limited view between the trees. In the winter view will be fairly unobstructed once the leaves fall.

Parking is free on street. Walking distance to all that downtown has to offer including the Smith Opera House. Also walking distance to Hobart William Smith college campus.
Please be considerate of the other occupants in the building. No undeclared guests staying over. No parties. Please keep any visitors and noise to a reasonable level. No more than 8 people in the unit at any time. We utilize a Minut device that monitors noise levels, temperature, Humidity, and Occupancy. Do not remove this device from the ceiling. It does Not record any audio or visual. It has no camera`s. This helps us be good neighbors and to document guests that violate our house rules for Airbnb. Overnight Occupancy is limited to 5 guests. We have sleeping arrangements for 4 adults/children and one infant / toddler Wash all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, dry and put away before leaving. No candles or incense in unit. No smoking No pets Makes sure all windows and doors are closed and locked upon leaving the unit at all times. Please put all used towels in laundry basket before leaving Trash Bins are behind the building if needed during your stay.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Seneca Lake. A kitchen and a TV are available in the apartment.
