Ground floor: living room/kitchen, lounge (telephone), 1st bedroom (double bed, bathroom, toilet), 2nd bedroom (double bed), shower room, toilet. First floor: mezzanine, 3rd and 4th bedrooms (double beds each), 5th bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom/toilet. Cot and highchair available. Wi-Fi connection. Gas central heating (EXTRA CHARGE ACCORDING TO METER CHARGE). This cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Landscaped garden of 1700 m², not fenced (swing set, ping-pong table, foosball table, deck chairs). Petanque court. Piano. Firewood provided. This cottage benefits from its immediate proximity to the forest, 200 m from a deer crossing point. Its central location (Beauval/St-Aignan Zoo, Amboise, Chenonceau, Azay-le-Rideau, and Chambord are all within a 30-60 km radius), and its tranquility will enchant you.

Un merveilleux séjour

Le gîte est situé en pleine campagne dans un endroit très calme en bordure de la forêt de Loches. Nous avons vu des biches. Beaucoup de sites sont accessibles en 15 ou 30 minutes depuis cet endroit. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant qui est très accommodant. Je recommande sans réserve.

Ce gîte correspondait parfaitement à notre attente.

Région très agréable. L'emplacement du gîte est parfait pour visiter les châteaux de La Loire. Nous ne venions que pour 3 nuits et n'avons pas été nous promener en forêt. Nous savions ce que nous voulions faire avant d'arriver. Nous n'avons pas regretté d'avoir choisi ce gîte qui correspondait pleinement à nos intentions.
