Dramatisch

We stonden voor een dichte deur. Mail werd niet beantwoord. Gebeld met de eigenaar, die zei van niks te weten en verbrak de verbinding gelijk. De reservering bevesting doorgeappt naar de eigenaar die niet reageerde. Nogmaals gebeld en hij zei dat hij niet in het systeem stond van vrbo en verbrak de verbinding nogmaals. Via helpdesk is de eigenaar gebeld en toen kon hij ineens wel in het boekingssysteem van vrbo. Had binnen 5 minuten een melding dat het geannuleerd was. Was de bedoeling om daar 3 dagen te blijven, maar na deze ervaring hebben we een hotel geboekt en zijn naar huis gegaan.
